- Pod rates start at £100 per night - booking at the moment is via Booking.com or TripAdvisor.co.uk, but if you cannot get the dates you want or nuber of days please contact us direct.
- Adults only.
- Please note there we operate a minimum stay of 2 nights all year round. Variations from minimum stays are at the owners discretion, please contact directly if you have a specific request.
- Arrival times are after 3pm, and departure by 10am unless otherwise arranged. For specific alternative date requests please contact us directly.
- Your pod is secured with a £100 deposit.

Dogs and other pets
Unfortunately as we are a working livestock farm we are NOT able to accommodate ANY pets in the pod. We also understand that a number of people are allergic to animals.
Covid-19
Should your trip become against the government's latest guidance we will endeavour to change your dates to a mutually agreeable time. Our insurance will not be valid if we operate against such guidance.
If for any reason we are unable to accept your booking we will refund all monies to you. If we have accepted your booking, and for reasons beyond our control, are unable to fulfil this obligation, we will refund you all monies and attempt to find alternative accommodation.
How to book
You can reserve the pods by checking the availability online and making a booking through Booking.com or TripAdvisor.co.uk, alternatively use our contact us page to check availability. We also accept payment by BACS or cheque, once this has been received your booking is confirmed.
Please note the following:
Your preferred dates are held with a £100 deposit.
We will contact you to make payment for the balance payment no more than 4 weeks before your break is due to start.
Once we have received payment in line with the above we will issue you will with an e-guide which will include your pre-arrival information and guest folder.
We do recommend that you consider taking out holiday insurance to cover you in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday (including for Covid-19). If you do need to cancel your booking we will endeavour to re-let the pod. In the unlikely event of us not being to do this we reserve the right to withhold monies paid at the following rates:
More than 4 weeks before your arrival - you are liable for the £100 deposit
Less than 4 weeks before your arrival - 100% of the cost of the booking
Covid-19

If we have accepted your booking, and for reasons beyond our control, are unable to fulfil this obligation, we will refund you your monies and attempt to find alternative accommodation.
We will endeavor to rebook your dates should you be unable to travel, due to any unforeseen circumstance including Covid-19 or refund monies to you. We strongly recommend that you seek insurance in case you are unable to travel.
Maximum occupancy (maximum of three adults per pod).
The pod has a maximum occupancy of three people - a kingsize bed on one of our mezzanine floors -accessed by a short spiral staircase, and a sofa bed in the lounge; for insurance and fire purposes we are unable to exceed this number.
Candles/naked flames
Other than the installed wood burning stove, candles/insense burners etc are NOT permitted as they are a serious fire hazard.
Only logs and kindling supplied by us on site is allowed to be used. NO disposable barbeques.
Smoking and vaping
Smoking and vaping is NOT permitted anywhere on site.
Conduct
We expect all our Visitors to respect and look after the Site. We also require you to respect your fellow Visitors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10.00pm.
Please note any damage to site facilities or to a luxury glamping pod, including when a luxury glamping pod is left in an unsatisfactory state, will incur additional charges. Any items left behind in a luxury glamping pod must be claimed within two weeks of departure. If relevant, postage and packing charges for the return of goods will apply. Guests are NOT permitted to remove any of the luxury glamping pod’s provided furniture and extras. Please ensure you leave your luxury glamping pod in a clean and tidy state. We would appreciate any breakages reported so that we can replace.
Internet
Due to the rural location there is no internet, the 4G signal is good, however if the service becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we cannot be held responsible for this. We are expecting broadband to be installed in the next few months.
Breach of Terms and Conditions
Should any guest, or party, become in breach of any of the afore mentioned Terms and Conditions we reserve the right to terminate your booking, and if necessary request that you VACATE the property immediately.
